If we determine you may be eligible for the program we will refer you to various financial institutions that are working with our program who will be able to work directly with you to apply for finance for the purchase of your first new home.
No, we will not conduct any personal credit checks, no credit checks will be undertaken until you give your consent to one of the financial institutions we refer you to.
